GreenWood Completes R Stamp Recertification
GreenWood recently completed a recertification for The National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NBBI) R symbol stamp for the repair and/or alteration of boilers, pressure vessels, and other pressure-retaining items. This Certificate of Authorization helps ensure that such alterations or repairs are only done by capable fabricators who can meet the requirements of the code.
Welders are tested and certified in the quality of their weld joints through rigorous testing procedures. Only companies who have successfully completed this process and whose QC system covers repairs according to established guidelines may obtain or recertify to use the R stamp. Work completed by certified welders is identified with the R stamp. Having this credential further establishes the professionalism of our skilled team members while maintaining a high level of confidence in our services capabilities for our clients.
GreenWood is proud to recertify each period for the R symbol stamp and will continue to value our affiliation with the NBBI.
